Perry Stephen Faulkner, 80, formally of Albuquerque, passed away September 20, 2006, in Mesa, AZ. Mr. Faulkner served 30 years in the U.S. Navy retiring in 1975. He is survived by his wife Alice; one stepdaughter, one stepson; two sisters; one brother; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The Service is 10:00 am on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimer's Asso. 1028 E.
