Carmelita J Albert, age 43, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2006. She was born on September 6, 1963 in Crownpoint, NM; and was a resident of Albuquerque. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Irene Rose Albert. Carmelita is survived by her sons, Byron W. Atencio, Brandon W. Atencio, and Wilbert L Atencio; two daughters Erin B. Atencio, and Windy J. Atencio. Also surviving are her mother Lucille C. Herrera; Brothers Lorne J. Ahkee, and Jared J. Ahkee; two sisters, Leah M. Gutierrez, Latisha C. Vigil; and 2 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Interment will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Lorne J. Ahkee, Jared J. Ahkee, Julian V. Vigil, Mario Atencio, Floyd Antonio, Paul Atencio Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Wilbert "Keeto" Atencio, Latisha Vigil, Windy Atencio, Brandon Atencio, and Erin Atencio.
