Evangeline L. Cordova, age 84 and a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 9, 2006 while surrounded by her family. Mrs. Cordova is survived by he five sons: Hank Cordova, Gary E. Cordova, Ron Cordova and his wife, Janie, Don Cordova, all of Albuquerque, and Dennis Cordova and his wife, Colleen of Washington; one sister, Connie Gonzales; one brother, Calistro Garcia, both of Albuquerque; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A Memorial Services for Mrs. Cordova will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, 6104 Taylor Ranch Rd. NW, with Pastor Dale G. Bauer officiating.
