Joan Dorothy Rhoades, 73, passed away on September 4, 2006. Ms. Rhoades was born in St. Paul, MN, on March 4, 1933. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Christann Marie; and stepdaughter, Debbie Kalm; brother, Lee Bergseth; and grandson, Travis Miller. She is survived by her longtime love, Roy Howard; daughters, Kathleen Rhoades and James C. Marshall of Los Lunas, NM, Faith Doty and husband, Ernie of Albuquerque, Dawn Pasternacki and husband, Jack of Placitas, NM, Brenda Romero and husband, Tim of Los Lunas, NM, Julie Gipson and John Crapse of Los Lunas, NM; brothers, Joe, Ray, Tom and Richard Stoehr; sisters, Marilyn Harper and Susie Stoehr; a sister-of-the-heart, Jody Mitchell; her beloved dog, Daisy; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many loving friends. She loved music, fishing and camping, and she will be remembered as a vibrant person who loved to laugh. A Celebration of Joan's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Grace Fellowship in Los Lunas, NM.
