Louise "Peg" Hearn, age 76, passed away in her sleep after a short battle with cancer on August 26, 2006. She was a loving caring wife and mother who enjoyed gardening, laughing, and sports. Her favorite teams were the Detroit Lions and Pistons. She will be missed dearly especially on Sunday and Monday night. She was preceded in death by her daughters Donna Hearn and Vicki Klaren; and her loving husband, Gene Hearn. She is survived by her son, Bob Hearn and daughter-in-law, Carol; two grandchildren, Krystal and Kim; and her three great-grandchildren, Merissa, Isaac, and Shyann. She is also survived by brothers, Jack and wife, Ann, Don and wife, Bev, and Jim and wife, Rhonda; along with numerous other relatives. Viewing was from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2006 and Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Strong-Thorne Mortuary at 1100 Coal SE.
