Joseph McKeon Sr., age 92, died Monday August 21, 2006 in Albuquerque. He is survived by son, Joseph McKeon,, Jr. of Newton, NJ; daughter, Kathy Matz and husband, Jeff of Ogdensburg, NJ; son, Michael McKeon and wife, Jonetta of Albuquerque; seven grandchildren; and one great-grand-daughter. Joseph was preceded in death by his brother, Gerard McKeon; wife, Anita McKeon; two sons, Brian McKeon and David McKeon. He was born and raised in New Jersey and lived the last twelve years of his life in New Mexico. Rosary will be recited Thursday, August 24, 2006, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 25, 2006, 10:00 a.m., at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, Thursday, August 24, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. until the Rosary.
