Otis W. Rose went home peacefully to be with his Lord, Friday, August 11, 2006 in the Albuquerque Veterans Medical Center. He is survived by his beloved wife, Frankie; four children; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; all who gave him great joy. Memorial Services will be Monday, August 21, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Community of Joy Lutheran Church, 841 Saratoga Drive NE (at Northern Blvd.) in Rio Rancho, NM. All are welcome to come celebrate the life of this wonderful man. In lieu of flowers, Otis desired all memorials be given to the Community of Joy Lutheran Church Building Fund. Interment will take place at a later date in the National Cemetery in Virginia. The family wishes to thank all their family, church and friends for the great outpouring of love and support during these days.
