Vince "Jewel" Lucero, 41, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 14, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Andrea Lucero; children, Andrew, Santiago, Gloria, and Vincente Lucero; grandmother, Anna Lueras; mother, Gloria Lucero; brothers, Big John and Lil' John; sisters, Diana Contreras and husband, Ray and Trish Medina;, godson, Matthew; nephews, Ray, John, Isaac, Isaiah, and Ricardinho; nieces, Erika and Alex; close friend, Jacque; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends. Services will be held Saturday, at 12:00 noon, at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, with Pastor Ray Jaramillo officiating. Interment will follow at Pajarito Cemetery.
