Irene P. Targhetta, 69, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died on Saturday, August 12, 2006. She is survived by her children, Natalie Ritchie, and husband, Kevin of Colorado Springs, CO, Joseph Targhetta, Jr. of Houston, TX, Monica Smith and husband, Michael of Rio Rancho, Victoria Targhetta of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Kevin Ritchie, Jr. - SSGT in the U.S. Air Force, Megan Duran, Janelle Ritchie, Adrienne Targhetta, Michelle Smith, Michael Smith, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Cathryn, Jose IV, and Mya Duran, and Alexander Ritchie. Mrs. Targhetta was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Targhetta; and mother, Carolina Pacheco. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, 10:00 a.m., at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, 3828 4th NW, with Father Arkad Biczak celebrant.
