Maria Olympia Lucero, a lifelong resident of Alameda, went to be with the Lord on August 5, 2006, at the age of 91. She is preceded in death by her husband, Max Lucero and daughter, Ines Encinias. Mrs. Lucero is survived by her grandchildren, Camilo Encinias, Mercedes Encinias, Sisto Encinias and Nonato Encinias; son-in-law Erminio Encinias; nieces Dolores, Edna, and Elsie Sanchez, and many more nieces, nephews and godchildren. Pallbearers will be Camilo Encinias, Sisto Encinias, Monato Encinias, Audry Duran Michael Barela and Joe Sanchez. She was a member of the S.N.M. de M.P. No. 2 De Alameda , N.M. Visitations will be held today, August 7, 2006. from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited this evening at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m.. A Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, August 8th, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be at the San Carlos Cemetery.
