Mrs. Toni V. Billey, 87, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 30, 2006. Mrs. Billey is the beloved mother to Ramona Penner and husband, Bill, Richard Farmer and wife, Emily and Dorothy Enriquez. Mrs. Billey is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; five great- great- grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Billey was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation for Mrs. Billey will be Wednesday evening at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00. Final visitation will be Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Albert Aragon, Manny Flores, David Flores, Michael Farmer, Ray Enriquez and Faustin Farmer.
