Phillip J. Montoya, 23, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away Friday July 14, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Montoya; mother, Emily Montoya; father, Robert Romero; grandparents, Caco and Elsie Montoya, Joe (Bob) and Dolores Romero; brothers, Nicholas Soiles, Anthony Cummings, sister, Carrie and husband, Anthony; sister-in-law, Stacy Soiles; nephews, Demetrius, Triston Soiles; and niece, Alexis Maria Soiles; uncles, Michael Romero and wife, Rita, Ronald Romero and wife, Valery; aunts, Ruth Romero, Esther and husband, Jack Hildebrant, Betty and husband, Dave Campbell; many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends who loved and will miss him; best friend and companion, his Labrador, Fester. His aunt, Consuelo Montoya, preceded him in death. A Memorial service will be held at Second Presbyterian Church, 812 Edith, N.E, on Monday, July 24, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Robert Woodruff officiating. Interment of cremated remains will be at Gate of Heaven on Paseo del Norte and Wyoming, N.E.
