Sofia T. Fresquez, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away July 18, 2006. She is survived by daughters, Lita Sanchez and husband, John, Pauline Henry and husband, John; grandchildren, Cindy Felix and husband, Mark, Valerie Kerr and husband, Jim, Janet Maldonado and husband, Joey, Gail Chavez and husband, Jay, Kari Bloom and husband, Tony, and Randy Wildenstein; great-grandchildren Justin, Nikki, Jillian, Miles, Mackenzie, Joseph, Brittany, Shealin, Skyler, Genevieve, Alexandria, Aubriana, and Shauntyl; great-great-grandchildren Desiree, Devin, and Richard; and many nieces, nephews, and neighbors. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Pete Fresquez and great-grandson Gavin. A Rosary will be held for Sofia Friday, July 21, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald & Son Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
