Dorothy Christian Woodson, 93, a resident of Albuquerque since 1949, died Sunday, June 25, 2006 after a long illness. She was born in Roanoke, VA on November 27, 1912. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Robert C. Woodson. She is survived by her children, Dorothy Bommelaere and Elizabeth Varsa, M.D., both of Albuquerque, Robert Woodson of San Antonio, TX; two grandchildren, Troy Bommelaere of San Jose, CA, and Sharlee Spalding of Albuquerque; four great-grandchildren, Sophie and Shea Spalding and Maya and Kyra Bommelaere.
