Ruth Whipple, 68, went to once again be with her husband, Clyde on Monday, July 3, 2006. She is survived by her children, Gene Whipple and wife, Gloria, Barbara Rivas and husband, Martin, Steve Whipple and wife, Angela, Maria Whipple, and David Whipple and wife, Denise; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A Rosary for Mrs. Whipple will be recited on Thursday evening, July 6, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the San Antonito Mission. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 7, 2006 also at the San Antonito Mission where the Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at the San Antonito Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Claudio Whipple, Gene Whipple Jr., David Whipple II, Brandon Whipple, Chris Cano, and Donnie Valdez. Honorary pallbearers will be Leeray Whipple and Paul Garcia.
