Suzanne M. Saavedra, age 59, of Albuquerque, went to be with her Lord Saturday, July 1, 2006. Suzanne was born in Albuquerque and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1965. She married her high school sweetheart, Julian Saavedra in 1968. She devoted her life to her husband and two children. She was a member of St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church. Suzanne took great pride in her children and in her grandson and would do anything for them. She is survived by her husband, Julian; son, Lucas and his wife, Jacqueline; daughter, Camille; grandson, Christopher; mother, Christine Milligan and Fred Griego; sister, Elizabeth Guerra; nephew, Angelo Guerra. A Memorial Rosary will be recited Thursday, July 6, at 7:00 p.m. and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, July 7, at 9:00 a.m., both at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Dr. NW.
