CHRISTOPHER ROSS In loving memory of Christopher Ross McCallister, who lived life to the fullest in his 25 years. He is survived by his mother, Gerri McCallister; father, Chris McCallister; sister, Kellie Matijasevic and her husband, Michael Matijasevic; grandmother, Ernie Romero; grandparents, Ross and Nancy McCallister. Chris lived in San Diego, CA and was a law student at the University of San Diego. He was an independent contractor for a commercial lending firm and served as a law clerk at Pite, Duncan & Melmet. Chris graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2003 with a degree in psychology. He was the president of Sigma Nu fraternity. He graduated from La Cueva High School in 1999, where he played varsity soccer and ran track, served as student body president, and was elected homecoming king. He also was a member of the National Honor Society. Services will be held Saturday, July 1, 2006 at noon at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna Road NE. A reception will be held immediately afterward at the church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Christopher McCallister Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 1047, Bernalillo, NM 87004. The scholarship will support students honoring Chris' legacy while pursuing legal studies at the University of San Diego Law School.
