| Richard A. Palmer, 74, resident of Albuquerque, passed away June 21, 2006. Richard had a wonderful life and was blessed with a caring family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Donna of 47 years; children, Kathy, Lori, Rick; their spouses; and two grandchildren.
