Felix A. Ortiz, 51, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2006. He was born June 29, 1954 to Ross Ortiz and Esabel Silva. He is survived by children, Noel Walker and husband, Jeff, and Brandon Ortiz; other family and friends who loved and will miss him.
