Marianne Biggs, 86, died on May 17, 2006 in Albuquerque. She was born on October 11, 1919 in Weston, WV. She lived most of her life in Pueblo, CO, attending Thatcher Elementary School and Centennial High School. She worked as a telephone operator until the dial system was implemented and later became a Realtor. Marianne and her husband Frank moved to Albuquerque, NM, in 1980 to help care for her grandson. Marianne Ryan married Frank Biggs on September 8, 1939 in Pueblo, and they enjoyed 62 years of marriage. Frank preceded Marianne in death on January 19, 2002. Marianne is survived by three children and five grandchildren. Her son, Stanley, lives in Storrs, CT with his wife, Patricia. They have two sons, Christopher and Kerry, both of whom live in Connecticut with their wives, Kerry and Tanya. Her son, Robert, lives in Lone Tree, CO with his wife, Beth. They have two sons, Kyle and Nathan, both living in Colorado. Her daughter, Kimberley Pierce, lives in Albuquerque with her husband, Ed and son, Robbie Biggs. Services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Westside Chapel. Friends and family may visit French Mortuary on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service. Interment will take place on Monday, May 22, 2006 at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, New Mexico Affiliate, P.O. Box 90790, 87199. Her family will sadly miss her.
