Effie Ann Martin died Wednesday, May 3, 2006. She was born December 28, 1911 in DeBuque, CO. Preceded in death by her granddaughter, Cheryl Lee Morgan, Effie is survived by her four children, Phyllis Minor, Helen Cordeiro, Margaret Frankford, and Dale Noblitt; five grandsons; three granddaughters; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. Following cremation, her ashes will be interred in the family plot in Palisades, CO, where her grandmother, grandfather, and her mother are buried.
