Elizabeth Scott Meador, 84, a 53-year Albuquerque resident, died Tuesday, May 2, 2006. Betty was a well-known leader in the arts and crafts community during the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. She is survived by and will be deeply missed by her husband of 66 years, Walter G. Meador of Albuquerque; children, Sally Roberts and husband, Don of Santa Fe, NM, Sherry Pincus of Trophy Club, TX, Michael Meador and wife, Genevieve of Dickinson, TX. Cremation has taken place.
