Joe P. Armijo, 63, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, April 29, 2006. Joe was born in San Antonito, NM, and was raised and preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Eduardo and Barbarita Armijo; father, Perfecto Armijo; brother, Johnny Armijo; and half-brother, Joe Raymond Armijo. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Rosemary; sons, Richard of Socorro, NM, Robert, and Joseph; daughter, Melissa Armijo; daughter-in-law, Zooila Armijo; and granddaughters, Savannah and Jazmin of Socorro; brother, Ray Luna of Spanaway, WA; half-brothers, half sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other family members. A Memorial Service is planned at Socorro, NM on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the San Miguel Mission. Joe was a kind, loving and devoted husband and father and will be deeply missed.
