Estefana L. Urias went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2006 at the age of 75. She was born on September 16, 1930 in Mangas, NM. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Garcia. Estefana was a member of Holy Rosary Church and the Catholic Daughters. Mrs. Urias also loved baking. She is survived by her husband, Benigno Urias; sons, Jose Garcia, Richard Garcia, and Mark Garcia; daughters, Irene Howlett and husband, Sam, Lucille Romero, Lorretta Gonzales and Mary Baca; brother, Fabian Leyba and wife, Bonnie; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. also at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery.
