Obituary for MORGAN

Lynda Morgan died Sunday, April 30, 2006 in Albuquerque at the age of 66. She was the beloved daughter of William Lewis Morgan and Evelyn Ulrich Morgan and sister of Ann Morgan, all of whom have preceded her in death. The world's most wonderful sister left this world in a better state than she found it. Lynda worked for and retired from American Airlines as a senior flight attendant. During her career, she received two of American Airlines' most prestigious awards, the Jr. Birdman Award and the Exceeding Excellence Award. She also flew military airlift commands during the Vietnam War. Lynda was an accomplished artist, primarily a watercolorist and sculptor, who took ribbons and show awards for her work. Lynda was also an avid gardener and raised bonsai trees of many varieties. Her Zen Garden is a symbol of the peace her friends and family hope she is abiding in forever. She is survived by her sister, Paula Morgan, who misses her terribly. Services will be held on Friday afternoon, May 5, 2006.
