Nellie A. Davie, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday April 23, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth. Nellie was a retired mathematics teacher who taught in Albuquerque and Rock Island, IL. She will be remembered for her devotion to family, friends, and church, having a positive outreaching spirit and a gift for hospitality. She is survived by her son, Neil Davie and daughter in-law, Susan of Cedar Crest, NM; three grandchildren, including Angela Davie of Atlanta, GA, Adam Davie and Melissa Davie of Cedar Crest, NM. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 6, 2006 at St. John's United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona, NE.
