Obituary for MEDINA

Emma Brady Medina went home to be with the Lord on April 17, 2006 at the age of 89. She was born on August 2, 1916 in Carrizozo, NM. Mrs. Medina was generous to people and was a devout Catholic. Her grandfather was Sheriff William Brady of Lincoln and was killed by Billy the Kid. Emma is survived by her husband, Joe A. Medina; her son, Robert Brady; sister, Angie Brady; granddaughter, Audrey Fuller and husband, Al; and three great-grandchildren. Visitations will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Bill Tafoya, Cecil Tafoya, Ed Tafoya, Paula Lucero, Ron Tenorio, and Orlando Espinosa.
