Obituary for AYON

TERESITA B. Our Loving Mom-Grandma, Mrs. Teresita B. Ayon, 83, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of her loving family on April 14, 2006 and she is now one of God's angels in heaven. Mrs. Ayon is the beloved mother to ten children, Joe Ayon and wife, Sharon, Martha De La Torre and husband, Jimmy, Gilbert Ayon and wife, Ramona, Orlando Ayon, Joann Saenz and husband, Julian, Lawrence Ayon and friend, Monica, Leroy Ayon, Antonio Ayon, Conrad Ayon Jr., and Leroy Ayon Jr.; Mrs. Ayon is also survived by one brother, Frank Barragan and wife, Mary; 29 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and three great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrado Ayon; a son, Raymond Ayon; a grandson, Orlando Ray Ayon; a brother, Julio Barragan; and one sister, Cipriana Chavez. Mrs. Ayon was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation will be Wednesday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final visitation will be Thursday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father John Tourangeau. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Martin Saenz, Robert Ayon, Jo Jo Ayon, Rick Ayon, Silas Ayon, and Michael Candelaria. Honorary pallbearers will be Leroy Ayon Sr., Valerie Ayon, Lawrence Candelaria, Jacob M. Clement, Brandon Ayon, Jacob Ayon, Destiny Yanni, and Kayla Ayon.
