Celso Mr. Celso Mora was born on February 12, 1931 in Chilili, NM. He loved and enjoyed life to its fullest with his loving wife, Sarah. He was known all over Las Vegas, NV and Albuquerque for his jokes and sense of humor. He enjoyed wrestling and country/western dancing. Wednesday morning, March 29, 2006 at 6:44 a.m., Cel left us after a long illness. Sarah stayed by his side and was with him when he took his last peaceful breath. He is survived by his wife, Sarah (Griggs) Mora; a daughter, Theresa Lopez and husband Fabian; sisters, Isabel Martinez, Mary A. Griego of Tijeras, Gregorita Chavez and husband, Lawrence, Frances Garcia of Chilili; a brother, Augustine Mora and wife, Alice of Los Angeles, CA; seven grandchildren, Monica, Dominick, Krystal, Renee, Leticia, Heaven and Alexis; one uncle, Salome Mora and wife, Bessi; Celso was preceded in death by his parents, Eulogio and Carolina Mora; his son, Toby (Abie) Mora; and his sister, Rose Bachicha. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 5, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Manuel Montoya. Final visitation will be Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m at St Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 300 Mildred NW with Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Father Javier, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frank Griggs, Dominick Garduno, Bryan Griego, Chris Griego, Ralph Martinez and Fabian Lopez.
