Jeanie Annette Brown, 48, passed away on March 25, 2006, in Farmington, NM. After having a battle with cancer. She was born March 16, 1958 to John Aston Dillard and Myrtle Wiggins in Las Vegas, NM. Jeanie attended school in Wagon Mound from 1964 to 1976. Jeanie met Wesley W. Brown at her dad's shop while he was overhauling a motor. Shortly after that they were married on May 22, 1976, in Springer, NM, then moved to Tucumcari, NM and lived there until 1977. Jeanie has lived in Farmington. Jeanie is survived by her husband; sons, Kevin (Tanya) of Aztec, NM, and Jason and Clint of the family home; mother, Myrtle Long of Wagon Mound, NM; sister, Janie Schmidt of Los Lunas, NM; and several nieces and nephews. Her father; granddad, Isaac Wiggins; grandmother, Maggie Wiggins; preceded her in death. Jeanie will be greatly missed and remembered by all who knew and loved her. The family is planning a Memorial Service for her at the Waterflow Community Center, located on Highway 64 west of Kirtland at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2006. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you consider a donation to the New Mexico Cancer Institute of Santa Fe in her honor.
