Georgia Graham Bourland, 84, passed away Monday, March 13, 2006 in Sonora, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Thomas Bourland. Georgia is survived by her children, Gene and Norma Bourland, Daniel and Janet Bourland and David and Becky Selbee; grandchildren, Peter and Annette Bourland, Stephen and Cindy Bourland, Dana Bourland, David and Carrie Bourland, Holly Bourland, Bonnie and Tony Bettencourt, Benjamin Bolton, Belinda Bolton and Byron Bolton; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Georgia was born in El Paso, TX where she lived for 63 years before moving to Albuquerque, NM to watch her last four grandchildren grow up. She recently moved to Sonora, CA to live with her daughter. Georgia spent her life caring for her family and serving God. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, shopping and going to the movies. She was in the Young at Heart Choir in Albuquerque and attended Hoffmantown Church. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Research, 10501 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Suite 300, Albuquerque, NM 87111 or the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, Central NM Affiliate, PO Box 92110, Albuquerque, NM 87100-2110. Services will be held Saturday, March 25, 2006, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel with Pastor Ken Moore officiating.
