Mary Moreland Tate, 60, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at her home in Albuquerque. Mary moved to Albuquerque from Cincinnati, OH in 1980 and lived a modest life teaching and working with young children. She had a passion for single mothers and their children, particularly those that were victims of abuse. Mary will be remembered for her dry sense of humor and compassion for others less fortunate. Her remains will be buried next to her mother's in Cincinnati.
