Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Saturday March 04, 2006

Timothy Mark Carr passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at the age of 42. Tim was a kind and loving person who loved his family and friends with all his heart. He was preceded in death by his mother, Deanna Carr of Warrenville, Illinois. He is survived by eight cats whom he considered his children. He is also survived by his older sister Becky Hayden; her husband, Mark and their children, Sarah and Matthew of Topeka, Kansas; his younger sister, Heidi Murphy, her husband, Conrad and their son, Jaxson of Tijeras, New Mexico; his father and step mother Richard and Marlyne Carr of Vienna, Virginia. He is also survived by his former wife, Barbie Burns of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who considered him a close and dear friend. Tim is also survived by many other relatives and friends, too numerous to mention. Tim was a sweet and gentle soul. He struggled in life and has finally found peace. He was well loved and will be sorely missed. A memorial service is being held for Tim at St. Lukes Lutheran Church at 9100 Menaul NE at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 4th. Because Tim loved animals so much, it is asked that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in Tim's name to the Albuquerque Animal Humane Society.
