Robert W. Hughes, 89, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on February 25, 2006. Mr. Hughes was born on November 20, 1916 to Robert and Mary Hughes of New Haven, CT. He is survived by his wife, Lucille, of Albuquerque; his sons, Michael Hughes of Placitas, NM, Christopher Hughes of Denver, CO, and Joseph Hughes of Denver, CO; daughter, Cecilia Barr of Grand Junction, CO. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at 10:30 a.m., at St. John's Episcopal Cathedral, 318 Silver Ave SW.
