Allene Gryniewicz Beekman, 58 years old, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Life Care Center of Evergreen, CO, on February 3, 2006. Born in Albuquerque, NM, a graduate of St. Pius High School, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Margaret Bordelon. She was a professional airline hostess for the Continental Airline. She is survived by her son, J.E. Gryniewichz of Littleton, CO; her sisters, Shirley Forbes and husband, Louis, of Albuquerque, NM, Barbara Corson of Houston, TX, Cynthia O'Meara and husband, John of Louisville, CO, De Horstman of Mesa, AZ, Suzanne Bilby and husband Richard of Scottsdale, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Littleton, CO and interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Wheat Ridge, CO. Memorial contributions can be sent to Chase Bank of Littleton, 5734 S. Prince St., Littleton, CO 80102 under the name of J. Gryniewicz. The funds will honor Allene with a tree planted in the Memorial Park in Littleton, and a contribution, in her name, to the Children's Library in Littleton, CO.
