Filia Gutierrez, age 85, beloved mother, sister and grandmother was called home by our Lord and Savior, Wednesday, February 22, 2006, while surrounded by her loving family. Filia was a resident of Bernalillo and member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Gutierrez. She is survived by one son, Pete Gutierrez and wife, Dolores; two daughters, Gloria Montoya, Angie Mora and husband, David; five grandchildren, Kathy Marquez and husband, Matthew, Elizabeth Martinez and husband Albert, Tammy Tsabetsaye and husband, Erick, Anthony Mora and wife, Mandi, Kristina Mora; six great-grandchildren, Gabrielle, Samantha Marquez, Alec, Brandon Matrinez, Taylor, Olivia Tsabetsaye. Also surviving are one sister, Dolores Quintana and husband, Transito; three brothers, Manuel Perez and wife, Marlene, Emiliano Perez and wife, Charlotte and Henry Perez and wife, Elsie; two sisters-in-law, Elosia Perez, and Vivian Perez; numerous nieces and nephews. The rosary will be recited his evening at 8:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at the Bernalillo Cemetery. Casket bearers will be David Perez, Max Quintana, Glen Perez, Rey Perez, Ruben Misquez, Kenneth Perez.
