Evelyn Fay Beltz, loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed on to be with her husband and brother on February 16, 2006. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary.
