Neal Barnett Chief Warrant Officer Neal Barnett Wagner, Sr., (USA)Ret., 76, a resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, February 11, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Dorothy L. Wagner; daughter, Cindy Soo Hoo and husband Mark of Albuquerque and daughter, Evelyn Ewald of Tomah, WI; grandchildren, Shala, Shallan, Connie and Danielle Rhea; and sister, Margaret Bolton of WV. Neal Sr. was preceded in death by his son, Neal Barnett Wagner, Jr., one week ago on Saturday, February 4, 2006; his brothers, Jewell and Don Wagner; and sister, Betty Day. He was born on March 7, 1929 in West Virginia to Isaac and Ethel Wagner. Neal served 25 years in the United States Army, retiring in 1974. After retiring, he taught at TVI for 13 years. He also enjoyed repairing watches. Neal was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Monday, February 13, 2006, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Neal's life will be held at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Lemuel Boyles officiating.
