George P. Phillip Jr., was born October 10, 1920 in Chicago, IL, died Wednesday, January 25, 2006 in Albuquerque, NM. He was educated in Chicago in Catholic schools and is survived by there by a younger sister, Ellen Burns and her family. He served in WWII in the Army Signal Corps. He worked in the banking industry and later became an Albuquerque Investment broker. Married Jean Northwall and had one daughter, Christine. His second wife was Victoria Jojola. He is survived by two granddaughters in California. Karina Croskrey is studying Performing Arts at Fresno State University and Melinda Sarte practices Veterinary Medicine in Sacramento. Private interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Memorial Service will be Sunday, January 29, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. at Montbello Senior Living, 10500 Academy Rd. NE.
