Josefita Sanchez, 89, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 27, 2005. Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her children, Ida Duran, Nevarez Turrietta Jr., Dolorez Martinez, Gloria Felix and Julia Turrietta-Silva; 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Sanchez was preceded in death by her husband, Nevarez Turrietta Sr. and a son, Rufugio Turrietta. Mrs. Sanchez was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the 7th St. Senior Citizens. A visitation for Mrs. Sanchez will be Monday morning at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by a Franciscan Friar. Interment will follow at the Santa Clara Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Rudy Felix, Steve Montoya, Paul J. Montoya, Gilbert Turrietta, Joe Jaramillo and Ruben Jaramillo.
