Obituary for GONZALES

Margaret (Jacobita) Garcia Gonzales, age 90, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, loving neighbor, and life-long resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 29, 2005, into the waiting arms of God and the arms of her beloved husband "Largo"; her mom and dad, Benito Garcia and Lydia Marquez Garcia; and all her brothers and sisters whom she laid to rest, Samuel Garcia, Marion Chavez, Pete Garcia, Rudolph Garcia, Beatrice Villanueva, Rebecca White, Sarah Avolio, and Libby Hall. She is survived by two daughters, Delores Molina and husband, Ignacio (Junior) Molina, Lydia Bailey; her grandchildren. Mike Molina and wife, Shirley, Mark Molina and wife, Julie, Leslie Dobbins, Martin Molina and wife, Cindy; and great-grandchildren, Marcus Molina, Vanessa Molina, Elfego (Largo) Dobbins, Marty Molina, Brianna Molina; two special nephews, General Alex Garcia and Robert Chavez; and many other nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors that she loved dearly. Services will be held at El Buen Samaritano United Methodist Church, 700 Granite NW (North of Lomas Blvd. on 7th St.) on Tuesday January 3, 2006. Viewing begins at 10:00 a.m. and Church Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be General Alex Garcia, Robert Chavez, Robert Aragon, Fred Carrasco, Alex Sanchez, Frank Miller, and Joseph Harlan.
