Philip R. Bennett, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret.), went home Friday, December 23, 2005. He had been a member of Elks Lodge #2500 BPOE and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, both in Rio Rancho. Lt. Col. Bennett retired from the US Air Force in 1964 after 22 years of service. He served his country well. He was an avid golfer. He is survived by his loving wife, Anna; son, Ray; daughters, Carole and Joan; and his loving grandchildren. Philip is deeply respected by all and will be greatly missed. Private interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Philip's family sincerely thanks all of the doctors, nurses, and all our friends for their support.
