Obituary for HERRERA

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Saturday December 24, 2005

Rosalie "Rose" Herrera December 24, 2003 Our Beloved "Rose" has been gone for two years now and boy how we miss you. Especially that laugh and ornery way. A million times we have cried, if only love could have saved you. Friends still see you at the "Cooperage" dancing to the salsa music and having a blast. Also, the sound of your voice can be heard watching the Atlanta Falcons play especially rooting for Michael Vick. On New Year's Eve night we hope to get a call from Miami Beach, a place of happiness that you traveled most often. We know you will be with us at Justin's graduation. Also watch over him as his guardian angel to guide and protect him while entering the United States Marine Corp. We often glance at the stair case hoping you walk through the door. To hear your voice, to see your beautiful smile, looking fit and gorgeous, the "Diva that you were." Just to sit and talk with you, but your heart came to rest, eyes closed, only to give one last smile. GOD broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best. We love and miss you very much! Always in love and prayer, Herrera Family, Chavez Family, Gurule Family, Many friends, Godsons: Justin and Dominic
