"Max" Charles Herrell, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, December 20, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Sumie; sister, Joann Rinne and husband, Gayland; sister-in-law, Maryann Herrell Boyd; daughters, Denise Medley, Tara Eldridge and Tracey Langley; grandchildren, Tyler Eldridge, Erich Medley, Alex Medley, and Brandon Damino; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stella Wagner and Charles Herrell and brother, Jack Herrell. Max was a member of Tramway Community Church, Marine Corps., Navy and owner of his own business, "Max & Associates." Services will be held Friday, December 23, 2005, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. Friends may visit Thursday, December 22, 2005, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel.
