Robert Padilla, 73, a resident of Albuquerque, died on December 4, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Ema Padilla of Penasco, NM; daughter, Roberta Toledo and husband, Seyfred of Albuquerque; sons, Eddie Padilla and wife, Angela of Los Alamos, NM, Michael Padilla and wife, Lori of Whiterock, NM; step-daughters, Minerva Contreras of El Paso, TX, Sally Medina and husband, Geraldo of Juarez, Mexico; step-son, Benjamin Contreras and wife, Mirna of Juarez, Mexico; sister, Margie Espitia and husband, Joseph of Sandia Park, NM. He is also survived by five granddaughters; three great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter; and many friends. Robert retired after 25 years from Los Alamos National Labs. Pallbearers will be Mike Padilla, Eddie Padilla, Fernando Rodulffo, Fred Perez, Bill Espitia, Seyfred Toledo. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Padilla in 1998. Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel with Margie and Joseph Espitia, reciting.
