Barbara F. Bowron, age 72, of Albuquerque, passed away November 22, 2005. Barbara was a Marine Corps wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had attended UNM in 1951-52 where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, and University of Missouri in 1952. She was a person who greatly loved her family and always placed others needs before her own. She married Walter Bowron on August 12, 1955. They shared more than 50 years together. Barbara was the beloved mother of four children, Brian, Kenneth, Kevin, and Susan, and two grandchildren, Brooke and Brian. Service will take place on Friday, November 25, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. at French Mortuary – Westside Chapel, friends may call one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Barbara's name to the American Diabetes Association 1701 N.
