Irene Gonzalez, 75, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on November 20, 2005. Irene is survived by her three sisters, Anita Gonzalez and husband, Nicolas, Juana Gonzalez, Lucha Hernandez and husband, Juan; four brothers, Pedro Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez and wife, Trina, Jesus Gonzalez and wife, Marcela, Atliano Gonzalez and wife, Margaret; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Atilano and Maria; three sisters, Maria Gonzalez, Guadalupe Gonzalez, and Marcela Gonzalez. Irene was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. A final visitation will be Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 817 Arno SE with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joey Gonzalez, David Gonzalez, Victor Gonzalez, Mario Gonzalez, Fernando Gonzalez and Richard Gonzalez. Honorary pallbearer will be Guillermo Gonzalez.
