Jose A. Martinez, 87, passed away peacefully November 17, 2005. He was a quiet, loving person and a great family man who worked hard to provide for his family. He is survived by his wife, Carmen Martinez; children, Bessie Ortega and husband, Tom, Milton Martinez and wife, Candace, Julian Martinez and wife, Norma, John Martinez and wife, Louise; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Vincent Ortega, Joseph Ortega, Johnny Martinez, Joey Martinez, Julian Martinez, and Lawrence Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Jared Gardener and Tom Ortega Jr. A Rosary will be recited at Sacred Heart Church at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20, 2005, Funeral Services pending.
