Obituary for SALAS

Anselma "Chema", age 42, passed away at a local hospital on November 5, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Salas; their children; Kimberly, Kristine, Julian, and Victor; mother, Susie Rodriguez; siblings, Mary Ann Dominguez and her husband, Johnny, Gilbert and wife, Irene, Ruben and Marlene, Raymond and wife, Sandra, Stephen and wife, Dora, and Josephine Molina and husband, Larry; two grandchildren, Christopher and Nicholas Salas. Chema is preceded in death by her father, Victoriano Rodriguez. She leaves behind brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Chema was a very devoted mother, wife, and daughter. She always put her family first. Chema was a member of St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited on November 7 and November 8, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary , Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on November 9, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 4000 St. Joseph Pl, NW. Interment will follow at San Lorenzo Church in Abo, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Julian Garcia, Victor Salas, Gilbert Rodriguez, Ruben Rodriguez, Raymond Rodriguez and Stephen Rodriguez.
