Obituary for GARCIA

Robert J. Garcia, 59, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on November 5, 2005. Robert is survived by his parents, Celso and Justita Garcia; his children, Renee Olivas and husband, Mark, Celso Garcia and wife, Benetta; an adopted daughter. KaSondra Pacheco and husband, Vincent; five grandchildren, RaeAnn Olivas, Celso Garcia Jr., Brianna Olivas, Mirella Garcia and Eusevio Garcia; three brothers, Tommy Garcia, Tony Garcia and George Garcia; a special niece, Deanna Garcia; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Garcia and a son, Andrew Garcia. Robert was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the United States Navy serving in the Vietnam Era. Robert served his country for 26 years. A visitation for Robert will be Monday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Mary Olivas. A final visitation will be Tuesday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church with a Communion Service to be held at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors by the United States Navy. Pallbearers will be, Celso Garcia, Mark Olivas, George Olivas, Tommy Garcia, Oscar Silva and Tony Chavez.
